Our agency utilizes a signal code for Mentally Ill Persons as a descriptor or to convey a history of mental illness noted in the call.
The signal is not used as a descriptor for Alzheimer’s diesase or related disorders, Austims SPectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Down Syndrome.
