We recently worked on this policy for this exact reason. Please see page 2:
C. Members of the department participating in outside employment must have at least 1 day (24 consecutive hours) off during their 84-hour pay cycle.
D. Members shall limit their combined on-duty and special detail employment, including city overtime, to not more than 16 total hours in a 24-hour period, unless approved by their supervisor.Attachments:

ParticipantGood morning, we attach our most recent Agreement for Dispatching document for that point and add in a simple note that, “SCSO Emergency Communications Center provides dispatch services for the Lake Mary Police Department, and for the purposes of this bullet, directives regarding dispatcher responsibilities would be governed within their general orders.”
