ParticipantHello. We use “Detailcommander” for software. Our folks seem to like it. It handles scheduling, payments etc. We have two sworn coordinators and a civilian. The best contact for our program is Lt. Kelly Stone at kelly.stone@lcso.org. She manages the whole program.

ParticipantHey, good morning. We are a little over 300 sworn, I saw your parameters, but figured I’d throw mine in anyway. I’m a sergeant however, the accreditation manager position has also been a contracted part-time civilian spot and also a part-time sworn spot. Right now I report to a captain however he was our lieutenant at the beginning of the year. I’m not sure if we’re going to get another lieutenant or stay with the status quo. Have a great weekend.

ParticipantHello. I believe we did a few years ago, like before Covid…. If I remember correctly, we adapted the women’s self-defense course we used to put on for the public to a civilian employee DT class. I’m checking with our training folks for specifics.

ParticipantHello, I attached our policy regarding personal conduct. There’s a very brief section on criminal investigations involving employees. Basically, we just pause the IA portion and give it to our criminal investigations unit or FDLE depending on the circumstances. Our CIB conducts the criminal investigation as normal.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantHello. We do not have a letter from Command Staff. We upload a incident report and the email read receipt. We just highlight the date on the incident report and the date on the read receipt to prove compliance.
