Hello. Our Chaplain at Lake County SO wears either a shirt/tie or logo polo for routine assignments. For more formal occasions we have a white uniform shirt with a specialty badge that reads “Chaplain” and collar brass indicating which faith he/she is a Chaplain of.

    Good Afternoon,

Our Chaplains are issued a polo shirt personalized with their name and “Police Chaplain” and is clearly distinguishable from the uniform worn by sworn members.

    I hope that’s helpful.

Sarasota CSO Chaplain (volunteer) is in green on green, class A and class B uniform, when required for official duties/ceremonies. Gold wreath badge that says CHAPLAIN. No Duty belt but is issued body armor. Policy indicates “uniform as directed by the Sheriff”.
