We use Police Law Institute which our LE Members log in and complete monthly. They provide us with documentation of every course which counts toward the mandatory retraining for FDLE.

DustinWe have a mobile field kitchen equip with flat top grill, burners, deep fryer, microwave, prep station, and commercial fridge / freezer for disaster deployments. We normally staff it with one cook and one assistant on a 8-12 hour shift to prepare and serve approx 25 member alpha/bravo shift. Any other questions feel free to reach out.
