    I am looking to see if any agencies are using a scoring/points system to determine suspension days, termination, demotion etc. for disciplinary cases. Please provide a copy of your policy to my email roderick.wilson@myclearwater.com.

    Good Morning,

    We use a Discipline Matrix for the recommended punishment.
