Happy Friday everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve seen an Accreditation Manager survey done. I know a couple agencies that are looking for one as well. If you have the lethality assessment per this statutes (and the new 2025-2026 portions including training), included in your policy/current practice at your agency, could you please send me your policy and form (by statute it seems like it is an FDLE form?)? Also, pursuant to the statute, have you begun rotating the lethality score in your reports?
