    Our high end items are mailed through our Logistics Unit which ships items via UPS. We are provided a tracking number when the items are picked up and shipped. There is no cost to victim.

    Our agency does the PowerPoint and trainings separately. They’re scheduled for training and their shifts are covered by other deputies.

    Good Afternoon,

    This is our agency’s (PBSO) PIP response per our Training LT:

    Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are suggested from someone’s assigned Chain of Command.

    My office (FTO) then helps facilitate their training schedule with Corporals who will complete a Daily Evaluation Report (DER) on them within the PowerReady system. These DER’s are the same documentation we use for any New Hire who goes through Field Training. Those DER’s are then sent to their Chain of Command to determine next course of action pending if they pass or fail.
