ParticipantThe Clearwater Police Department does not release any evidence (or the case file) prior to the subject interview, for a whole host of reasons. The subject officer must come to our office to review these materials when the evidence gathering is complete. The subject officer can elect to view this material days in advance of or on the day of the subject interview. This is common practice for our agency and is not dictated in policy.
