ParticipantI use Microsoft Word. I have also seen others use PowerPoint. We also have a great organizational chart making program integrated into NEOGOV, if your agency uses that software. An example of the Word version I use is attached.

12. Explosives and Caustic/Volatile Liquids
a. Under no circumstances will the Evidence Specialist/Manager accept any of the following items for storage:
i. Caustic or volatile liquids,
ii. Explosives or fireworks,
iii. Hazardous chemicals,
iv. Known or unknown substances or materials that could be hazardous to the health or well-being of employees.
b. All such items will be referred to either the ACSO Bomb Squad and/or the City of Gainesville Fire Rescue HAZMAT Team for appropriate disposal.
c. If any of these items are of an evidentiary nature, they will be documented by video and/or photographed by the submitting employee for evidentiary purposes before disposal.The complete policy is attached.
