The Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department is requesting answers and/or policies for the following questions:
1. Does your agency have both sworn and civilian command staff?
2. If so, is there a flag procedure for line-of-duty death and/or off-duty death for these ranked officials?
3. Does your agency have a protocol for unserviceable flags?Thank you.
Miami-Dade Corrections uses electric clippers. Inmates are allowed to use the clippers on weekends during the morning and afternoon shifts. Use can vary depending on the facility.
