Yes, we have impact fees we can access but only for specific things and broken down between the couple zip codes in our jurisdiction.
We are about to go live with RedSpeed cameras in several school zones. If you would like to get some more information on it Lieutenant Virginal Kilmer (virgina.kilmer@palmbayflorida.org) or our Traffic Sergeant Ed Bermudez (Ed.Bermudez@palmbayflorida.org) would be the point of contact for it.
I am in the middle of building a new course in DMS for our ICS training, but currently I have a test attached to the ICS policy that has to be passed before it can be signed off on and usually I would republish the document every other year for everyone to resign off on.
