We are conducting research into hiring a consultant/firm to conduct a Workload Assessment/Staffing Study/Zone Design Analysis, etc. for our agency. Are there any agencies that could provide either the criteria they used to search for a firm, their RFP’s or other proposals developed, or the services your agency requested. Any other information that might help us make an informed decision would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Alachua County has used this company several times for studies. I don’t know how they decided to use them, but performed well enough that we used them again.
