    If you have a moment, can you kindly fill out the below questionnaire:

    1. Per diem rate for meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) and mileage reimbursement if employee’s car is utilized for travel.
    2. Are they required to use the most economical means of transportation to the conference/training, specifically, are employees required to use Uber or Lyft instead of Taxi, are they required to use Brightline or Greyhound instead of car rental/mileage reimbursement/airfare if cheaper?
    3. If they can, can they share their travel and training policy
    4. Under what circumstance can employees get hotel prior to conference and after conference ends? For example, if training is 3 hours’ drive away but one would usually stop for a meal, and conference ends at 5 or after, are employees required to drive home the same day? Similar question for when conference starts at 8am, are employees required to drive at 4/5am that morning or can they check into a hotel the night before?
    5. Are employees required to carpool?
    6. Are employees required to share room?
    7. Are employees who are hourly (not salaried) compensated for travel time when conference goes over their regularly scheduled hours. For example, if conference ends at 5pm and employee is required to travel for 3 hours, are they paid 3 hours overtime? Or are they off the next day for those 3 hours?
