Do any agencies swear in and/or have officers working under a TEA sign the oath of office for a LE position?

The Panama City Police Department does hire TEA Officers and they are sworn in and sign the Oath of Office
after the officers have successfully completed all of their high liability training courses at our local area LE Academy.
Once the officers are sworn in, they are placed into our Field Training program.
