    If your agency offers additional compensation to your SWAT team members, would you share what that is – extra pay, comp time, etc.

    Our SWAT Team members receive a stipend of $35 every pay period.

    Ours get .50 an hour.

    Our FOP Union contract states the following:

    Bargaining Unit Members assigned to the following On-Call Units shall receive a pay supplement equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of their base pay:
    SWAT Team
    Bomb Squad
    Dive Unit
