The cutoff for our room block was September 2, 2024. If reservations are released after that date, they do not go back into our room block and are open to the general public, and without our FLA-PAC rate.
I will ask again that those that have made multiple reservations for various members of your departments, please ensure that all will be in attendance and if there are reservations that come available, please reach out to the membership to transfer the reservation before releasing it to the general public.
If you are still in need of a reservation, please continue to reach out to the membership as circumstances may change over the course of the next few weeks.
