Request for Policies or Forms to Authorize Photo Use

I am for existing policies or forms required to obtain authorization for the use of a person’s photograph. Specifically, I am looking for documentation that grants explicit permission for photo usage in investigations.

If you have a standard release form or policy guidelines, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share a copy or direct me to where I can access these resources. Additionally, any information regarding compliance requirements, restrictions, or best practices for securing such permissions would be highly beneficial.
