    Good afternoon,
    I am looking for guidance on the return of high-end property to victims that are out of state. I am looking for the process and any documentation that might be required, for example, a hold harmless agreement or shipping payment form. Any guidance and direction would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Our high end items are mailed through our Logistics Unit which ships items via UPS. We are provided a tracking number when the items are picked up and shipped. There is no cost to victim.
