Hello,
For agencies that have 200 sworn members or less, what is your agency promotional process?
Do you use an outside agency to assist with the process?
If can also provide me with the contact information of the person in charge of the promotional process at your agency and your department policy.Thank you for your help.

We are an agency of 225 full-time sworn personnel, and do not have an outside agency to assist with the promotional process.

We use an outside vendor for the process, as well as outside agency members for the oral interview portion of the process.
The person who had been in charge of our promotional process retired last week. The individual who will manage the process moving forward has not yet been assigned.
