Policy request reference electronic chain of custody tracking

My crime scene people have requested that I inquire about electronic chain of custody tracking.

We are looking into going digital with our chains of custody. Could you please reach out to other agencies to see what program/s they are using for just the storage of the chains? We have the program that would allow us to transition to digital, the main issue would be the storage of the PDF documents. In particular, I’d be interested to know if anyone utilizes AXON (evidence.com) for the storage of chains.
