List of Florida statutes that require agency action

We are trying to develop a list of all Florida statutes wherein the agency is required to complete a specified task. For example, the Contraband Act that requires reporting to the state or the Career Offender statute that requires annual address verification. If your agency has developed such a list, could you please share it. Thank you for your time.
