    Hi Everyone,

    We are in need of a directive regarding the hospitalization of juveniles. This would not be for a Baker Act or Marchman Act. This would be when a juveniles is taken to the hospital due to the effects of drug/alcohol use, injury, etc. and the parents cannot be located or the parents are uncooperative. Any assistance would be appreciated.
