Our agency’s Fleet Manager is asking for assistance with the following questions:
• Fleet size
• All Fleet personnel Pay scales including vehicle outfitters
• Any certifications required for employment
• What work is sent out to be repaired and what is repaired in-house
• Outfit your vehicles or do you send them out for outfitting

• All Fleet personnel Pay scales including vehicle outfitters – 1 Fleet Coordinator and 3 mechanics
• Any certifications required for employment – Certified mechanic,
• What work is sent out to be repaired and what is repaired in-house – Most minor repair, water pumps, alternators and routine maintenance done in house, everything else sent out
• Outfit your vehicles or do you send them out for outfitting – we do both, half sent out and half in house to complete faster
