Just another reminder: HOTEL ROOM BLOCK CLOSES THIS FRIDAY 1/17/2025
I wanted to remind everyone that our reservation room block closes on 1/17/2025. After that date, any room reservations that are cancelled do not go back into our block and the PAC rate becomes unavailable.
We have lots of folks that still would like to attend the conference that do not have reservations, so I will ask again if you are holding multiple reservations for you or your agency, PLEASE take the time to confirm that everyone will be attending, and make sure the reservation names are updated for those that are attending. We still have many reservations in one person’s name and the hotel has asked that we make those changes as soon as possible.
If you do find that you have unneeded reservations, PLEASE reach out to the membership and see if anyone can take it before you cancel. I can almost guarantee there will be someone willing to take responsibility for that reservation.
As an overflow hotel, please also consider the Holiday Inn St. Augustine World Golf Village. We do not have a contract with this hotel, but a number of our members are staying there during training week. It is a few minute drive to the conference hotel.
Looking forward to seeing everyone next month for a week of training and fellowship.
