Good Afternoon, PAC Fam.
My F.T.S. is asking for agencies to assist us in building a better system for our F.T.O. Evaluations. This will help in the creation of an effective evaluation process here at H.G.P.D. for our F.T.O.’s. If you could please share how your F.T.O.’s are logging and conducting their evaluations.

Our FTOs currently utilizes the LEFTA Systems for evaluations. You can contact our Field Training and Evalution Program Coordinator, Sergeant Alain Cruz (acruz@mdpd.com), who could provide you with additional information.

Our agency uses Power FTO, from NeoGov (Power DMS) for our DORs. Our FTOs love it. If you’d like to speak with someone from our training unit about the program, you can contact Irvin Jerez at ijerez@apopka.net. He manages the program for our agency.
