    Good morning!

Does anyone have an updated DV Lethality Assessment with the new mandatory 12 questions that I could look at?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I have added the Senate Bill for you. The questions are on Page 64-65. This is not due until 10-1-2026.

    Have a great Day!

We have not started on this yet. I believe there is a lot more that has to be done before LEOs are allowed to conduct the assessment. We have to wait until all of the policies, procedures, and training have been established and then only after a LEO has received the training will they start using the approved FDLE created lethality assessment form. Some of the questions in the new law still have to be reviewed and may be changed before becoming official. 🙂
