Good afternoon,
Request sent at the request of Sgt. Noonan.
We are looking for policies/procedures related to Restrictive Housing (lockdown/confinement). Specifically, does anyone have any type of step-down regimen for inmates to go from High Risk/Special management to a lower custody level. If so, what is your process. Also, the same question for your disciplinary process.
