    Greetings!

    I am looking for guidance on the new quarterly reporting requirements for FSS 30.15

    The revised standard (CFA 10.17, Bullet J) is now requiring us to show proof of quarterly reporting to FDLE for two consecutive quarters.

    FDLE established a website for the agencies to document their upcoming guardian training, dates of training, training location, contact person to register and class capacity. However, I was told the SGMS system isn’t even capable to run reports.

    How is your agency showing proofs for quarterly reporting (for 2 consecutive quarters)?

    Our Training Unit submits the attached report to FDLE and receives an email confirming receipt. Two consecutive reports are attached with emails. Hope this is helpful:)
