    I believe this question has been asked before but I could not find the thread. Our Agency is considering replacing Central Square, our current CAD/MCT/RMS system. Please share which system you currently use and if you would recommend it to another agency. If you have recently gone through the process to replace your system, please share what you learned. Thank you

    Our agency utilizes Spillman which was bought out by Motorola and is now called Flex. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our Records Manager Michele DiStefano at 407-348-1157.
