    Good morning,
Does any agency utilize a Traffic Plan rather than a full Operations Plan for small events/incidents that may only require one or two officers? If so, would you please provide an example of the plan?

    Thank you,

The Pinellas Park Police Department is seeking to acquire approximately 4,000 rounds of 9mm “simunitions” marking cartridges for training scheduled in August.

We are reaching out to our law enforcement partners to explore all available options. We would be grateful for any assistance you might be able to offer through donations, potential trades, or the opportunity to purchase these rounds from your inventory.

Please let me know if your department has any 9mm simunitions available that we might be able to obtain through any of these means.

    Good afternoon,

We are looking to see if any jails hold in-person court proceedings at their jail. We currently have video court at our facility and transport inmates to the courthouse for in-person proceedings, but are looking to explore other options.

If your agency ever holds in-person court at your jail, or if you know of a county that does, please let me know. Thank you!

    Good afternoon!

If your jail has an individual assigned to oversee and/or manage your inmate programs, could you please provide any job descriptions, post orders, or other documentation related to this position. We are also looking for anything defining a salary range.

    Thank you!

We are seeking information on whether any agencies have an MOU with their Board of County Commissioners that allocates a percentage of specific civil fees to the Sheriff’s Office.

    Afternoon,

Do any of your city’s/county’s ordinances/policies prohibit the launching/loading of personal watercrafts (PWC – like jet skis) from public boat ramps? If so, how is that addressed (posting, ordinance, etc.) Please let me know, thank you.

    Major,

I have attached our General Order and a newish form we created late last year. This form was to create consistency throughout the agency when notifying Command Staff of specified incidents. This has really helped. Feel free to reach out if you have nay questions.
