How to Run a Compliance Tally 4/2/25
Go to ANALYTICS in PowerDMS;
Click on “Looking for Old Report Builder?” In upper right corner of screen;
Run a Status for One Role report and download it;
Copy all the data from the report and paste it into the Compliance Tally Excel File “Standards-Single Role” (tab at bottom of the page) as per below instructions.

To copy all data from the report, including the top (“header”) row, avoid clicking the top corner copy function. Click in Cell A1 and highlight the table manually (ensuring you highlight all columns and rows). Once highlighted, right click and select “copy”. Paste it in the GREEN top-left cell of the “Standards – Single Role” tab in this file (You may need to press “Enable Editing” on the Excel file before you are able to copy/paste the information). If you use the top left corner function to highlight the table from the PowerDMS report, you will return all zeros when using the calculator. This calculator is slightly different than previous calculators.
Return to this tab (“Calculator”) and select the appropriate standards manual from the drop-down list below.
