MDCR uses Law Enforcement Psychological & Counseling Associates. The testing they provide is what is used.
1. What software are you using to accomplish this? The software/APP that is used by Miami-Dade Corrections is Telestaff which is with the company United Kronos Group (UKG)
2. What type of device are you using to capture the information? (i.e. laptop, iPad, etc. ): Personal Computers
3. How is it working for your agency? Any issues, or problems it created or resolved?: Slow loading and refreshing of the application
