The City of Kissimmee’s False Alarm Reduction Program is managed by CryWolf. Citizens are directed to the City’s designated CryWolf site (https://www.crywolfservices.com/kissimmeefl/) to setup a user account and to register their alarm system. The PD’s Records Unit continually provides CryWolf with the newest list of false alarms. All false alarm notices, letters and invoices are handled by CryWolf on behalf of the City. Hope this helps.
