ParticipantThanks for the reply. I don’t think that is it. I think you are referencing the report due to FDLE and what was forfeited, etc. This is a different review required by the statute. Thanks

l. The investigating deputy shall immediately (for the purposes of this General Order, immediately means after ensuring the scene is safe, the victim has been provided first aid, and the crime scene is secure), provide the victim with
information concerning their victim rights, this is accomplished through giving the victim the following brochures:
i. “Sexual Battery Your Rights and Services” brochure, as per FS 794.052.
ii. “Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Victim’s Rights Brochure Your Rights as A Victim or Witness” brochure, as per FS 960.001.Attachments:
