Good morning,
About your FTO program, how many FTOs does your agency currently have, how many trainees at one given time, and how many supervisors do you have directly over the FTOs?
Thank you in advance.
We have 10 Field Training Officers on the law enforcement side. They are supervised on a day to day basis by one Field Training Sergeant assigned to their shift. The program itself is supervised by an Administrative Lieutenant who reports to an Administrative Captain. Number of trainees is no more than we have field training officers so, no more than 10 at a time.
