    Those Sheriff’s Office with Bailiff’s.

    Is one of their duties to take notes regarding bond amounts, sentencing, next court dates, and conditions of release? If you could respond with a yes or no that would be helpful.

    No. That is a Clerk of Court function. That information is relayed to key people within the agency via the Clerk’s Office to ensure the information is correct prior to being added to the inmate’s records.
