Sanibel Conference

FLA-PAC members,

I understand that there may be some frustration with hotel reservations for the Sanibel conference. I appreciate you all bearing with us. We have already added rooms to the room block in order to try to alleviate some of the issues with reservations, and those have all sold out.  At this time there are no plans to add any more rooms to the block.  I also want to reiterate that we do not have a waitlist for this property. 

For those that have made multiple reservations for various members of your departments, please ensure that all will be in attendance and if there are reservations that come available, please reach out to the membership to transfer the reservation before releasing it to the general public.  The cutoff for our room block is September 2, 2024. After that, we are not guaranteed the FLA-PAC rate. If reservations are released after that date, they do not go back into our room block. 
If you are still in need of a reservation, please continue to reach out to the membership as circumstances may change over the course of the next few weeks.
