It’s me again. Can you provide your agency policy related to retirement/separation from the agency. I’ve been asked to come up with a matrix defining what is done for an employee (sworn/civilian) who has served for a specific number of years or ranges of years. For example, our current policy states the employee receives XYZ for having served 15-24 years and 25+ years receive XYZ. So, I’m looking for examples for what other agencies are doing, if anything, for years less than 15.
