Our Patrol Lieutenant is looking for more information on what other agencies require for qualifications to be a OIC/PIC? Also, any training requirements to qualify. He is looking at specifying the requirements and training and wanted to see what others are doing for those officers to be eligible to be temp supervisors when a sergeant is not on-duty and an officer is supervising the shift.
