    Good afternoon,

    Our agency is looking to integrate a mental health professional liaison with our Hostage Negotiation Team. This position would serve the team as a consultant and advisor on callouts, not as a negotiator.

    If your agency has a policy regarding this type of position, can you please provide a copy?
