    We are looking for information on jails and if your food services is self run? How do you handle FCAC 21.02M and medical clearance for employees? Can you please share your policies and/or directives as well as documentation used?

    See page 5 in the directive, and I attached the 2 proofs of compliance. The Civilian Physical Assessment is done on all new hires that work in Food Services. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
