    I am looking for a sample of documentation of the annual review of the exposure control plan as proof for 29.01.

    Our exposure control plan is a policy so we review it and have a revision or review date at the top of each revision. I’ve seen memos done too

    We send the Exposure Control Manual to the HR Manager, and she reviews and signs a document.
