If your agency uses electronic rosters for in service training, can you please answer the following questions?
1. What software are you using to accomplish this?
2. What type of device are you using to capture the information? (i.e. laptop, iPad, etc. )

1. What software are you using to accomplish this? The software/APP that is used by Miami-Dade Corrections is Telestaff which is with the company United Kronos Group (UKG)
2. What type of device are you using to capture the information? (i.e. laptop, iPad, etc. ): Personal Computers
3. How is it working for your agency? Any issues, or problems it created or resolved?: Slow loading and refreshing of the application
