We are inquiring of agencies with communication centers that have distinct and separated duties of call taking and dispatching. If this matches your call center would you please advise the following:
1. Your average daily call volume for a 24hr period or your yearly call volume for 2023
2. Total number of communications center employees
3. Number of shifts and number of staff per shift
4. Number of (non dispatching) call taking specific employees per shift
