Good Afternoon All!
The Clearwater Police Department is in search of SOP language reference Anchor Limitation Area for boats anchored in municipal areas. Our City is adopting a local ordinance for the prohibition of anchoring beyond 45 days. Our Marine Unit is tasked with getting a comprehensible SOP in place to then enforce this ordinance. Any help would be of tremendous benefit!
