I am so sorry to hear this. I was on the assessment team for HCSOs initial CFA accreditation assessment. Nicki was so excited about the agency going through the process and earning their initial accreditation. When I would see her at the conferences she was always full of energy and an absolute joy to talk to. I am terribly sorry for her friends and family.
