I am using the page below which has the link to the form and email to send it to.
We put the whole year course calendar online once. So it shows a year ahead when our training is. If you are only putting them up quarterly you might need to show more, however we put the next years up on line since we schedule all our training a year out anyways.
I did send them an email asking them if they need an email each quarter saying we have no additional classes to add for the next quarter.
