3. Hit and Run Crashes {CFA 18.03}
Agency personnel responding to or arriving at hit and run crashes will follow the same procedures as for other crashes, but shall request the Communications Section to broadcast the driver and suspect vehicle’s description and direction of travel. Members shall ensure the appropriate investigating agency is contacted to conduct the investigation.
