I’m not exactly sure what you are asking for, but I will take a stab at it. Our agency gives the officer their handgun upon retirement and allows them to purchase their shotgun upon retirement. We have policies for that and they are attached.
We also allow our officers to purchase their handguns when the agency replaces the handguns every five years. The agency sells the firearms to a vendor who then turns around and offers the individual deputy the opportunity to purchase their specific firearm back at a reduced cost.
